The following term seems the most appropriate as the name for this section of denouncements, because it seems the most adequate to describe what it is really all about:
- Robbery: taking something away from others through the use of force, of violence, of threat, of abuse.
While the following terms are inadequate for one reason or another:
- Hoarding: inadequate because it refers to assets purchased, while here the victims do not receive just compensation for what they are dispossessed of.
- Seizure: inadequate because it refers to assets subject to a dispute, while here there is no dispute, just an attack on the victims.
- Confiscation: inadequate because it refers to assets obtained with a crime, or connected with a crime, while here the victims have not committed anything.
- Foreclosure: inadequate because it refers to a debtor forced to pay a debt, while here the victims have no legitimate debt, and any supposed debt is odious per definition.
- Expropriation: inadequate because it refers to a purpose of public benefit, and often the definition implies an indemnification, while here there is no public benefit, and no just indemnification for the victims.
- Requisition: inadequate because it refers to overriding public needs, while here there is no overriding public need.
- Extortion: inadequate because it does not generally refer to properties but to their fruits in money.
The reason for this choice, for this section of denouncements, and for much, much, much more, is very simple:
If we allow the existence of monetary manipulation, ALL the bodies are inescapably doomed to fall into the hands of monetary manipulators.
Not only public bodies and institutions, governments and states, are not immune, but on the contrary they are the first targets, being particularly sought-after for their function as primary tools for the coercion and robbery of the peoples.
