The Solutions & Proposals section is the ordered inventory of the aims of sane people, labelled Solutions, and of the means they propose to achieve them, labelled Proposals.
There are aims, and there are means, and distinguishing between them helps to clarify the picture. Aims have more to do with motives, whilst means have more to do with actions. Furthermore, various means can be used to achieve an end, and a single means can serve various ends.
Solutions describe the aims of those in the majority who wish to avoid this and enable everyone to live in peace and freedom; Proposals describe the means they use or suggest to achieve them.
The Proposals can be called Safeguards as well because, each of them protects and revitalises a Good which is already there, deep inside ourselves.
All of them are part of one ultimate goal. The ultimate goal is to live, everyone and each of us, in peace and freedom.
There is a certain natural symmetry between the inventory of Problems and Denouncements and the inventory of Solutions and Proposals, between the aims and the means of a war against Humanity and the aims and the means for a human existence.
The tools to carry out the Solutions and the Proposals in a sensible, organised and coordinated whole are the Thematic Commissions.
