Unawareness is part of not confronting, in that not confronting is superior to unawareness, as unawareness is a direct consequence of not confronting. No confronting, no awareness.
The enemies of Humanity have every interest in annihilating in all of us both the awareness and the ability to confront, because obviously the more unaware and unwilling to confront we are, the easier it is to annihilate us.
As a consequence, they are permanently after annihilating these fundamental qualities of ours.
And unfortunately they have a strategic ally in this: the part of ourselves we are not aware of because we are not willing to confront it. And that thanks to this is a ballast to us and drags us to the bottom of the trap. And the more we slide towards the bottom the more the unawareness and the inability to confront become the intention to be unaware and the intention not to confront. The more we slide towards the bottom of the trap, and the more we lock the door of our cell from the inside.
