The sweetening of terms is something so obvious that one is surprised of initial terms being used at all, before being replaced by other more "innocent" ones.
You have to be patient: not even the enemies of Humanity are perfect; even they go by trial and error, and adjust the aim.
Hence, in this case, what they previously called "man-machine hybridisation" now they are calling "bio-digital convergence", a term they evidently deem more sedative, less prone to raise the fateful couple of questions...
Maybe, unconsciously, the idea of convergence is more conciliatory than the idea of not knowing anymore whether our body is still a living body or a machine, the sweet home of the soul or its icy prison?
We do not play into their hands, and therefore we continue to call it: "man-machine hybridisation".
