Utile vs profit

It is significant that in Italian entrepreneurial income be called "useful" in the sense of noun-adjective, whereas in English it is called "profit" instead.
And in fact, there is no English translation of "useful" as noun-adjective in the sense of entrepreneurial income: the words to translate it are: profit, gain, income, earnings.
While "to profit" also means "to take advantage from someone else's damage"...

Versus

It is also interesting that from the Latin adverb "versus", towards, in the direction of, in English the conjunction "versus" is derived, often shortened in "vs", to indicate a confront in the sense of against, in contrast, while in Italian such a specific conjunction to indicate such type of confront does not exist. In facti, in Italian, the conjunction "and" is used in this case as well.
