We know that individuals need to survive, and that consequently the legal entities that provide them with a livelihood also need to survive. It is therefore understandable that, in order to ensure their long-term survival, they may tend to move away from sales, which are inherently one-off transactions, towards subscriptions, which tend to be recurring.
Up to this point, the supplier's relationship with the customer can be ethical, within certain limits.
However, we know that the world is subject to the influence of the enemies of Humanity through the suppression of the economy by means of monetary manipulation, that monetary manipulation erodes the margins of survival, that monetary manipulation and the erosion of margins are at the root of consumerism, which contributes to the degradation of Humanity, and that all these things push the supplier's tendency to move from sales to fees beyond those certain limits.
Here, the supplier's relationship with the customer begins to be unethical.
We also know that the enemies of Humanity pursue monopoly and the consequent creeping expropriation through monetary manipulation, that monopoly is the enemy of Man in any form without exception, and that the ultimate goal of the enemies of Humanity is to reduce Humanity to the state of amoeba, to enslave it, and to annihilate it. And we know that, as a result, the enemies of Humanity transform the supplier into a monopolist, control its controllers, and thus push the supplier's tendency to move from sales to fees beyond all limits and use it to implement creeping expropriation.
Here, the supplier's relationship with the customer is totally unethical.
Consequently, we advocate the complete restoration of private property.
This means:
Reaffirmation of the definition of private property: full and absolute enjoyment.
Establish as a criminal offence ANY violation of the FULL definition of private property.
To this end, verify the existing legal offences to see if there are any suitable or adaptable ones and adapt them, or if there are none, create a specific one.
The name of this offence could be, precisely: violation of full private property.
Dismantling of all monopolies and oligopolies in all fields without exception.
Counteract and sweep away the business model, the strategy of renting instead of selling.
Even if there is an ongoing fee-based relationship between the customer and the supplier, the object of the relationship is the full and absolute property of the customer - and by object we mean every component, down to the last bolt or line of computer code - and therefore the supplier may not under any circumstances interfere with the customer's exercise of private ownership of that object or inhibit it in any way.
A typical case, to be considered in itself and as an example:
In the field of electronic devices and related programmes, the manufacturer and supplier may not impose programme updates, password updates or requirements, multi-factor authorisations or anything else, nor prevent the customer from using the product if they do not comply, which also means that they cannot render the product unusable in whole or in part by means of modifications, updates or other changes to the product itself, or to other devices or programmes necessary for its operation, nor in general through direct planned obsolescence practices on the device concerned, or indirect practices on other devices necessary for its operation.
Such acts are monopolistic practices, suppression of Humanity, and criminal offences: misappropriation, damage, blackmail, extortion, and any other offence that may be configured. And as such, they are prosecuted.
For those who do not realise the seriousness and therefore the importance of this, let's compare it to your own home:
Suppose that someone, when they arbitrarily decide to, comes and changes your locks. When you want to go out, or when you come back, you find yourself locked inside, or locked out of YOUR HOME.
And if you want to go out or come in, you have to obey what this someone imposes on you. If you don't obey, you remain imprisoned inside. Or locked out in the cold. From YOUR HOME.
And if you go to seek help from the community, starting with the police and the courts, they side with that someone, not with you. Regarding your right to dispose of YOUR HOME.

So let us realise that, however obvious this may be, it is only a limited comparison, so let us now expand it to every area of our lives, both those we have already experienced and those that are currently only imaginable.
