No building can be better than its bricks: the basis of any group is the individual, the foundation of any society is the citizen.
Thus the reconstruction of the community begins with the reconstruction of the individual, of his or her awareness, motivation and ability as the fundamental block of the community, and then continues with the reconstrucion of the communion plan, where individual awarenesses, motivations and abilities combine, create and mutually foster.
